Job hunting is becoming like a constant phenomenon.  People start searching for the next job within couple of months of starting a new job these days.  Long gone are the days of being loyal to a particular company and work there for the entire career.

The job market is hotter than ever and you will be surprised to know that there is no lack of openings for the right candidate.  However, there are many positions that can’t be filled either because of scarcity or the competition in market to get the right candidate.
